I have still yet to figure out the line between racism and stereo type. I my self am an Irish Catholic who lives up to the stereo type pretty much to a “T”. I have red facial hair, I like Notre Dame Football, and I have been known to drink many of people under the table. So if someone calls me a Mick or a Paddy does that make them racist, or is it just calling a book by its cover? At what point do you cross that line? If the stereo type is that black people like fried chicken, are you not allowed to ask a black person if they like fried chicken cause it falls into a stereo type and now you are considered a racist.

Reverse discrimination is a fact of life, especially in America. Is anyone going to sat that there are no blacks who are racsist towards whites? Of course there is!! And its nonsene that white peopl are made to feel guilty or afraid to brng it up.mLet’s face some blacks hate whites.

White people are not allowed to even sugggest the idea that they face racsim, when they very much do at times. You cannot be proud “to be white” unless you want someone to call you a Nazi. It’s a sick double standard.

IN terms of Obama, It’s had the interesting effect of making those who would vehemently oppose his policies think about how they express their opposition, for fear of being called a racist. It is the undeniable race card, instinctivley played, every time Obama’s opinins are the focus of a public debate.

This only proves how racist we all are, as much as we would like to claim otherwise.

The overwhelming thing is only that we are this ignorant of ourselves, frailties and allowing fear of unknowns to control our moves, memory selection. But yet we can make it to the moon – shit Obama (or my black neighbor) is far less in distance but still a larger divide exist.
